Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of MSTC Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on 11th August, 2023, inter alia considered and approved the following business: 1. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023. 2. The Board of Directors has further authorised Smt. Bhanu Kumar, Director (Commercial) and Shri Subrata Sarkar, Director (Finance) in addition to existing authorised Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) Shri Surinder Kumar Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director, for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosures to the stock exchanges under regulation 30(5) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
