Board has decided to issue new 49,87,645 equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 12.50/- per share by way of Rights Issue to the existing shareholders of the Company at an issue price of Rs. 22.50/- per equity share in the ratio of 1:3 i.e. 1 (one) new Right Share for every 3 (three) existing Equity Shares held by the eligible shareholders. The Board has approved and taken on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023. 2. The Board has approved to issue equity shares by way of rights issue to meet up working capital requirements at such price and on such terms and conditions as may be decided by the Board in accordance with applicable laws, subject to receipt of necessary approvals, as may be required. 3.
