 With reference to our earlier intimation dated March 25, 2023 based on letter received from Alankit Assignments Limited, RTA of Company on March 24, 2023, we have been informed by RTA that incorrect no. of shares i.e. 50 shares in place of 500 shares was wrongly mentioned in above referred RTA Letter for one of shareholder. In this regard RTA has issued a revised letter, corresponding to which we are hereby wish to submit this intimation in partial modification to our earlier intimation dated March 25, 2023. Please find herein below the requisite and correct details under Regulation 39(3) of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, for the lost share certificate(s), bearing details enclosed in the file.
