 We have filed with the Stock Exchanges, vide our letter dated 11 October 2022, the Order passed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (NCLT Order) approving the Scheme of Amalgamation (the Scheme) of Creative Stylo Packs Private Limited (Transferor Company) with EPL Limited (Transferee Company), pursuant to the Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act 2013 and applicable laws. In this regard, we wish to further inform you that the Companies involved in the Scheme have filed the NCL T Order with the Registrars of Companies on 1 November 2022 and accordingly the Scheme become effective as per applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 I NCLT Order. Appointed date is as mentioned in the Scheme.
