 This is to inform you that in terms of Company's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Circular No.NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 2-4-2019 issued by National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Circular No.LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2-4-2019 issued by BSE Limited, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from 26th April, 2019 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019. The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the financial results would be intimated in due course.

 Enclosed please find the Statement of Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended 31st December, 2018 in the prescribed format in terms of requirement of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The results were approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12th February, 2019. We are also enclosing herewith Limited Review Report of the Auditors in respect of the said financial results duly placed before the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12th February, 2019.
