Modern Converters Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/06/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 29th June, 2020 at11.00 a.m. at the registered office of the Company inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended as on 31st March, 2020 and discuss any other matter with consent of the chair. Further, in accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/79 dated 12th May, 2020 granting relaxation from the provisions of Regulation 47 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 for all events scheduled till 30th June, 2020, a notice with respect to the above Board Meeting Intimation will not be advertised in the newspapers. Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and Designated Persons and _ their immediate relatives) of the Company are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.21-06-2020
