 Members holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on cut-off date i.e. Friday, September 23, 2022 shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting and voting to be held at AGM on the business specified in the Notice of the Company. 2. Remote e-voting period commence on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. (IST) and end on Thursday, September 29, 2022 4.
