The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from 1 July 2021, as communicated vide our letter dated 29 June 2021 and shall remain closed till 12 August 2021, as per the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons of Kirloskar Industries Limited under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
