Sir / Madam, This is in reference to the submission of outcome of the meeting of the Stakeholder''s Relationship Meeting held on 7 September 2023. The said outcome contained a typographical error. The increase in paid-up share capital of the Company was wrongly mentioned as 98,91,862 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 9,89,18,620/-, instead of 98,91,861 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 9,89,18,610/-. In view of the above, we request you to kindly read it as "the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from 98,84,565 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 9,88,45,650 to 98,91,861 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 9,89,18,610/-. Please note that the rest of the submissions with respect to the outcome of the meeting of the Stakeholder''s Relationship Committee made to the stock exchanges remains unchanged.13-09-2023
