ITI LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/01/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 06th January 2020 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months Ended 31st December 2019. Further, in terms of the provisions of the ITI Limited's 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives' framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the circular issued by the Stock Exchanges on 2nd April 2019, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed from Monday, 30th December 2019 till 08th January 2020 (both days inclusive) after the declaration of financial results for the Quarter and Nine Months Ended 31st December 2019.
