Since the work of compilation and audit of the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results could not completed due to sudden sickness of senior accountant of the Company. However, we enclosed herewith pls find Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023 along with Limited Review Report on the same by the Statutory Auditors. We are in the process of compilation of data and and preparation of said Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company but we need 2 days more time to complete this exercise.
