The UFR of the Company for the quarter & nine months ended Dec 31, 2020 is enclosed along with the Limited Review Report issued by M/s. Varma & Varma, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors. The extract of the un-audited financial results will be published in newspapers, i.e., 'Business Standard' and 'Dinamani' in the format prescribed (Regulation 47).
