The Company will publish consolidated Financial statements for the year ended 31st March, 2019 in due course of time once the said Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st March, 2019 are made available to the Company by the subsidiaries. In view of the above, the Board Meeting held on 30th May, 2019 to consider the Consolidated Financial Statement for the year ended 31st March, 2019 was adjourned.
