 With reference to Regulation 50(2)(3) of the Listing Regulations, we inform that the Bank proposes to raise funds by issuing Senior Unsecured Redeemable non-convertible debentures (Series - 5) of Rs.10 lakh each for cash at par aggregating upto Rs. 5,000 crore (Rupees five thousand crore only). The Committee of Whole-time Directors of the Bank will consider the proposal to issue and allot the above Securities through Circular Resolution. On receipt of the said approval, we will intimate you the date of passing of the circular resolution and other details of the said Issue.
