 This is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Bank (NRC) has today approved the grant of 1,38,00,000 stock options convertible into 1,38,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank at a price of Rs. 726.25 /- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each, being the latest available closing price prevailing on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on Friday, 19th March 2021 i.e. the previous trading day immediately preceding the date on which the grant was approved by the NRC, to the eligible employees of the Bank, in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme of the Bank - XXVIII formulated and adopted by the Bank, in terms of the provisions of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014.

 We wish to inform you that Axis Bank Limited has entered into definitive agreements with Fettle Tone LLP and the other partners of Fettle Tone LLP on 13th March 2021 in connection with Axis Bank Limited's proposed acquisition of 9.90% of the aggregate partnership interest of Fettle Tone LLP pursuant to a contribution by Axis Bank Limited in Fettle Tone LLP's partnership capital.
