 In terms of Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, Monitor and Report trading by an Insider and Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (As amended time to time), we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the company shall remain closed for all the designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives from Sunday, January 01, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the company for the Quarter and Nine Months Ended on 31st December, 2022. All the Directors, KMP's, Designated Persons, any connected person, Insider and their immediate relatives have been informed not to trade / deal in the shares of company directly or indirectly during the mentioned period. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2022 will be intimated in due course.

 Please be informed that we have received Letter Dt. 20/10/2022 from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB), Nagpur directing the Electricity Department for the Reconnection / Restoration of Electric Supply immediately at the Factory Premises of Nakoda Group of Industries Limited. Please note Electricity Department has also followed the directions of Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB), Nagpur and restored the electricity supply at our factory premises on Dt. 21/10/2022 and the factory is working with its full capacity now.
