The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 27th June, 2020 had recommended payment of dividend of 275 % (Rs.5.50 per equity share) for the financial year ended 31st March 2020 (2019-20), subject to approval of the Members at the said AGM. The said dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid on or before 28th October, 2020 to those Members whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the date of the AGM in respect of shares held in physical form and in respect of shares held in electronic form on the basis of beneficial ownership as per details to be received from respective Depositories i.e. National Securities Depository Limited ("NSDL") and Central Depository Services (India) Limited ("CDSL") as of close of their respective business hours on the date immediately preceding the aforesaid Book Closure period (i.e. as of end of day on Friday, 18th September, 2020)04-09-2020
