 This is to inform you that due the current COVID-19 pandemic which has affected senior officials of our company and some of the financial department staff members, as well as the lock-down that has only been partially lifted in Bangalore this week, we will be unable to complete and present the audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March 2021 by 30th June, 2021. We request you for an extension of 2 weeks in order to present the audited Financial Results and we will intimate the board meeting date for taking on record and approval of the audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021, at the earliest. We request you to kindly condone this delay due to the continuing global pandemic and not hold the company/directors/officers of the company liable in this matter.
