Further to the update submitted to the Stock Exchanges dated February 14, 2023 under Regulations 30 and 51 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, regarding investment done by Godrej Industries Limited in Clean Max Kaze Private Limited, subsidiary of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Private Limited in connection with availing exemption of Electricity Duty, Cross Subsidy Charge and Additional Surcharge Works under Group Captive Power Scheme of Gujarat Wind Solar Hybrid Policy, 2018, we would like to inform you that the said arrangement has been terminated as per mutual understanding and the Company has transferred 24,418 Equity Shares of Clean Max Kaze Private Limited to Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Private Limited, Promoter of Clean Max Kaze Private Limited for a Consideration of ?4,29 Crore. Accordingly, the Company has divested its 26% Equity Stake which was held in Clean Max Kaze Private Limited on July 5, 2023.05-07-2023
