We also wish to inform you that, the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from Saturday, 13th August 2022 to Friday, 19th August 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 42nd Annual General Meeting and payment of final Dividend for FY 2021-22, if declared at the AGM. Further, the Company is providing the facility to its Members holding shares in physical or dematerialized form to exercise their right to vote by electronic means on all or any of the business specified in the Notice convening the AGM (Remote E-Voting). Accordingly, for the purpose of determining the Shareholders eligible to cast their votes electronically/physically, the Company has fixed 12th August 2022 as the cut-off date.
