 Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and circulars issued by the Stock Exchanges, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Saturday, 1st October 2022 for the purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter ended on 30th September 2022 and other matter, if any. The trading window will open after 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results and announcement of other price sensitive information, if any.
