 We wish to inform you that in accordance with the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by our company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for the shares of our company will remain closed from 1st October, 2022 till 48 hours after the date of the declaration of our financial results for the second quarter ending 30th September, 2022 after their approval by our Board at its meeting, the date of which will be fixed and intimated to you in due course. Accordingly, all the designated persons, key management personnel, directors and other connected persons of our company and its subsidiaries have been advised not to enter in to any transactions involving the shares of the company during the above said trading window closure period.

 1. We are pleased to inform you that our Grinding Unit at Bayyavaram has won 23rd National Award for Excellence in Energy Management 2022 from Confederation of the Indian Industry (CII) as an Excellent Energy Efficient Unit. This is based on the evaluation by its panel of judges at the National Ward for Excellence in Energy Management held during 23rd - 25th August 2022. 2. The above said Grinding Unit has also won the CII - GreenCo Star Performer Awards 2022, in recognition of its excellence in GreenCo Performance. The relevant certificates in respect of the above are given in the annexure.
