 Dear Sirs, This is to inform you that: (a) In view of nationwide lockdown and preventive directives issued by the Government against spread of novel Corona virus, the Company''s operations at its manufacturing facilities situated at Dahej, Gujarat and Kullu, Himachal Pradesh have been suspended w.e.f. March 25, 2020, till further notification. The operations at the above facilities shall resume subject to the overall improvement of the situation and issue of further directive(s) by the Government in this regard. (b) The Company had earlier advised its employees to work from home and issued guidelines on personal safety, health and hygiene. This is for your information and record please.
