 Fermenta Biotech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Listing Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, November 11, 2022, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022. In accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and in terms of BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, the 'Trading Window" (period for trading in Company's securities) has been closed with effect from October 1, 2022 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022.

The information regarding the aforesaid sale of premises is provided in Annex-'A' herewith.
