 ln accordance with the Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III and other applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today have considered and approved the following: a. Change in Main Object Clause by inserting 3 (Three) New Clauses in Clause III (A) of the Memorandum of Association of the Company subject to approval of members of the Company through Postal Ballot and other requisite approval and permissions as applicable in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013. b. Approval of Notice of Postal Ballot seeking the consent of the Members for approval of Change in Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. c. In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the company has been closed with immediate effect i.e. immediately on close of Trading Hours on BSE and NSE on Wednesday, 31st March, 2021 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results along with Audit Report of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2021.

No. NSE/COMP/47558 dated March 09, 2021 of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) has withdrawn trading rights of the Company W.E.F March 1, 2021 and as part of the joint uniform action prescribed under SEBI''s circular dated Dec 17, 2018 (Ref SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOP/CIR/P/2018/153). We wish to inform that the National Stock Exchange of India Limited has restored the trading rights of Stampede Capital Limited with immediate effect.  In continuation of vide E-mail dated March 01, 2021 of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited have withdrawn trading rights of the Company W.E.F March 1, 2021 as part of the joint uniform action prescribed under SEBI''s circular dated Dec 17, 2018 (Ref SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOP/CIR/P/2018/153). We wish to inform that the National Stock Exchange of India Limited as a part of the joint uniform action prescribed under SEBI circular ref no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOP/CIR/P/2018/153 dated December 17, 2018, on Early Warning Mechanism, ICEX has also deactivated the trading rights of Stampede Capital Limited W.E.F. March 09, 2021. Further the Company has also received the interim direction vide mail dated 09.03.2021 by the Member and Core Settlement Guarantee Fund Committee ('MCSGFC') and Company has duly replied on the same.
