This is to bring to your notice that the name of the Promoter entity i.e. Karun Carpets Private Limited has been changed to DBH Investment Capital India Private Limited. It may further be noted that only the name of the Promoter has changed and there is no impact on the shareholding held by them. While this name changed does not qualify as material information under the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are still disclosing the same as good governance practice and as a matter of abundant caution.
