Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider trading, the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st July, 2022 till 48 hours after the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2022 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with Stock Exchanges.
