KALPATARU POWER TRANSMISSION LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022. Further, in continuation of our letter dated December 28, 2022 regarding closure of Trading Window, we would like to re-iterate that in accordance with the Company''s 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders', the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company has already been closed and shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022.
