In terms of Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations, we enclose herewith postal ballot notice seeking the approval of members, by way of e-voting process for change of name of the Company from Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited to Kalpataru Projects International Limited and consequential alteration of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company. Further, in compliance with various circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs from time to time, the postal ballot notice is being sent only through electronic mode to those members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories and whose names are recorded in the Register of Members of the Company or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the Cut-off date i.e. Tuesday, 11th April, 2023 ('Cut-off date'). The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited ('CDSL') to provide e-voting facility to its Members.13-04-2023
