We hereby inform that the Committees and the Board of Directors of Investment Manager of India Grid Trust ('IndiGrid') on April 8, 2020, has approved: 1) Addition of Renewable Energy to IndiGrid''s Investment Strategy and consequent amendment to the Trust Deed 2) Acquisition of Gurgaon-Palwal Transmission Limited ('GPTL'), Power Transmission Asset 3) To conduct Postal Ballot to seek Unitholders approval for aforesaid transactions.
