 Further to the intimation dated May 12, 2023 and June 6, 2023, please note that Securities and Exchange Board of India has granted its approval for de-classification of Sterlite Power Transmission Limited (SPTL) as a Sponsor of India Grid Trust (IndiGrid) vide its letter dated July 6, 2023. Accordingly, SPTL will be de-classified as a Sponsor of IndiGrid with effect from July 6, 2023.

 This is to inform that, India Grid Trust ("IndiGrid") and Sterlite Power Transmission Limited ("SPTL" or "Project Manager") have decided to discontinue Project Manager services for NER II Transmission Limited (NER). Accordingly, the Investment Manager has executed the "Deed of Termination" dated June 30, 2023 for existing Project Implementation & Management Agreement executed for NER ("NER PIMA"). Further, IndiGrid Limited will continue to act as a Project Manager for NER.
