In compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, it is hereby informed that "Trading Window" for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for "Designated Persons" having access to Unpublished Price Sensitive Information until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2021.
