Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (Listing Regulation), this is to inform you that on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has approved the appointment of Mr. Mayank Chadha (ACS No. 54288) as Company Secretary and Compliance officer (KMP) of the company in terms of provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder and Regulation 6 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 with effect from 04th October 2022.
