The Company vide its letter dated 28th January, 2023 had intimated to the Exchange that the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the equity shareholders of Modern Insulators Limited to receive fully paid-up equity shares of Modern Polytex Limited is fixed as Wednesday, 15th February, 2023. However, due to procedural reasons, BSE Limited (BSE) has directed to withdraw the record date fixed for the above-mentioned purpose. Accordingly, the intimation given by the Company in respect of the fixation of the record date is being withdrawn and will fix the record date after the completion of formalities as directed by the BSE.
