Further to our letter dated March 31, 2023, regarding implementation of Resolution Plan (copy is attached), this is to inform that certain retail debenture holders had filed a combined petition (civil) before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India seeking 100% of repayment of their principal investment amount. Date of hearing in the said matter is July 21, 2023, and at this stage financial implication can't be ascertained. We further state that the debenture holders have been paid as per approved entitlements under the Resolution Plan finalised by the Lenders of the Company. In compliance with the Order of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dated March 3, 2023, the Company took all appropriate steps towards implementation of the Resolution Plan and the Company would comply with any further directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in this regard.
