Further to our letter dated October 1, 2022, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 3, 2022, has considered and noted of the application(s) received from Persons belonging to Promoter Group for reclassifying them from 'Promoter Group' to 'Public' pursuant to Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and approve its submission to the Regulatory Authorities for seeking all requisite approvals. The Board also noted that reclassification is subject to the approval of the other regulatory authorities, if any, in terms of Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
