 Details of said Order were initially made by the Company in its Annual Report 2020-21 submitted to the Exchanges on August 23, 2021 and the same is being disclosed hereinbelow as per the letter of SEBI dtd Dec 28, 2022 along with updates in relation thereto. In continuation of the disclosure dtd Jan 10, 2020 made by the Company, a common Order was passed on June 21, 2021 by the Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench allowing the application filed us 71(10) of Companies Act 2013 and directing the Company to make the payment of interest at the contractual rate calculated till realization within a period of two months and to redeem the debentures on payment of the principal within three months thereafter. The Company preferred an appeal against the said Order before the Hon'ble NCLAT, New Delhi. Similarly, Bank of Baroda, the lead bank representing the ICA Lenders also preferred an appeal against the said Order. The matter is currently pending and was last listed on Jan 6, 2023.
