Pursuant to the provision of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, commenced at 12.15 p.m. and concluded at 12.45 p.m., has considered and approved, inter-alia, the following: 1 Increase in the limits of investment by the Company in Kajaria Plywood Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary company from Rs. 80 Crores to Rs. 115 Crores. 2.
