Closure Of Register Of Members And Share Transfer Register For The Purpose Of Annual General Meeting And Dividend

 We hereby inform you that the Company will be closing the Register of Members and Share Transfer Register for a period of 8 days commencing from Saturday, the 15th July, 2017 to Saturday, the 22nd July, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of entitlement of Dividend @ Re.1/- per equity share (i.e.10%) of the face value of Rs. 10/- each payable to the shareholders, if any, declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
