 The Board of Directors at their Meeting held today, based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved: Appointment of Mr. Rajneet Singh Kohli, as Additional & Whole Time Director and Chief Executive Officer designated as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer w.e.f 26th September, 2022 subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company. Appointment of Mr. Varun Berry, Managing Director as Executive Vice-Chairman of the Company with immediate effect.
