In continuation to our previous disclosures vide letter no. LTI/SE/STAT/2020-21/55 dated October 20, 2020 and letter no. LTI/SE/STAT/2020-21/64 dated November 13, 2020, we wish to inform you that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench vide its order dated July 16, 2021 has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation between Syncordis Software Services India Private Limited and Ruletronics Systems Private Limited ('Transferor Companies'), wholly owned subsidiaries, with the Company ('Transferee Company') and their respective shareholders ('Scheme of Amalgamation'). The Company received the certified true copy of the order on September 6, 2021 and to make the Scheme of Amalgamation effective, the Company has filed the same with Registrar of Companies, Mumbai today on September 8, 2021. The Appointed date of the Scheme is April 1, 2021.08-09-2021
