As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2015 SEBI read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Amendment) Regulations, 2018 including Second Amendment in the said Regulations dated July 25, 2019, the 'Trading Restriction Period' shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results. In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the company would be closed immediately on the closure of Trading Hours on Bombay Stock Exchange on December 31, 2022 and shall be opened 48 hours after declaration of Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2022 along with Limited Review Report.

Pursuant to above and based on the intimation received from the company''s Registrar and share transfer agent ("RTA") Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Ltd. on November 28,2022, we would like to inform that the company has received a letter from shareholders regarding loss/misplacement of share certificates with a request for issue of duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof.
