As per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Amendment) Regulations, 2018 including Second Amendment in the said Regulations dated July 25, 2019, the 'Trading Restriction Period' shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results'. In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the company is already closed w.e.f. 31st March 2020 which shall continue to remain closed and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending 30th June 2020 along with Limited Review Report thereon.
