 Pursuant to provisions of Regulations 30 (2) of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company have resolved the circular resolution dated March 18, 2021 to approve and adopt revised code of conduct pursuant to recent amendment in SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 dated February 09, 2021 vide circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD/CIR/P/2021/19. The amended Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, is attached herewith, the same is being simultaneously hosted on the website of the company.

 This with reference to your e-mail dated February 23, 2021 wherein -We were requested to upload rectified PDF /XBRL through BSE online portal.Towards the same please see our response: Discrepancy: Total Comprehensive Income for the Period not tallying in PDF. (Kindly Confirm Other Comprehensive Income Figure) Our Reply In reply to the above raised discrepancy, we would like to submit that in the Un-audited Financial Results we have correctly mentioned loss in Other Comprehensive Income [12(A)(i)] of Rs. 22.83 Lakhs, this loss is not combined in Total Comprehensive Income (13) due to a formula error in the excel sheet. However, there is no effect of this on other figures in the Standalone Financials. In view of the aforesaid, we hereby enclose the following: > Revised Un-audited Standalone Financial Results together along with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended December 31, 2020. We request you to take the same on record.
