 Dear Sir / Madam, As per the SEBI (PIT)(Amendment) Regulation, 2015 SEBI read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Amendment) Regulations, 2018 including Second Amendment in the said Regulations dated July 25, 2019, the 'Trading Restriction Period' shall be made applicable from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results.
