The installed capacity under the Second Phase is 50,000 Mt per year. With this expansion, the total installed capacity of wear parts of the Group will be augmented from 340,000 Mt to 390,000 Mt per year. This is further to our intimation dated 23 May 2017, concerning ICC arbitration invoked by Magotteaux International SA, Belgium (Magotteaux) against Mr. Bhadresh K Shah and the Company, alleging breach of Settlement Agreement and infringement of patent concerning Company's Sintercast products. We hereby inform you that pursuant to oral hearing on jurisdictional issues conducted by the Tribunal on 29-31 August 2018, the tribunal has passed an award on 2nd August 2019 deciding that it does not have jurisdiction to hear the dispute, thereby dismissing claims of Magotteaux (patent infringement and damages) against the Company and Bhadresh K Shah.
