 In accordance with Regulation 30 read with Section B (Clause 6) of Part - A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015, we hereby inform that : 1. in the backdrop of outbreak of nCovid19 pandemic, the Company has been taking appropriate measures (including work from home) to ensure safety and health of all our employees and ensuring due compliance with various directives being issued by Central/State/Municipal authorities; 2. in view of the lockdown in many of the States across the country, the operations of our plants and offices at various locations have been temporarily lockdown from 23rd March, 2020. The duration of this lockdown is uncertain at this point in time and will depend upon directives issued by the respective Government authorities. In this evolving situation, the overall adverse impact on the operations of the Company is not immediately assessable.
