We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company vide a resolution passed by circulation on 26.07.2023, has approved the appointment of Mr.Jayarama Prasad Chalasani (DIN:00308931) as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Directors for a first term of 5 (five) consecutive years effective from 26.07.2023 which shall be subject to the approval of the members in the General Meeting. In compliance of SEBI Letter dated June 14,2018 read along with NSE Circular No.NSE/CMU2018/24 dated June 20,2018, we wish to confirm that Mr.Jayarama Prasad Chalasani has not been debarred from holding office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other authority.
