This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (''Listing Regulations''), Mrs. Sadhana Mukherjee (DIN:09762378), Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board w.e.f. 11th April, 2023 due to her increasing personal commitments and other preoccupations. Further, as per the requirements of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Para A, Clause (7B) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, enclosed herewith a copy of the resignation letter submitted by Mrs. Sadhana Mukherjee. The said resignation letter also confirms that, there is no material reason for her resignation other than that mentioned by her. The other details required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure -A.11-04-2023
