 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with sub-clause (7A) of Clause A in Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that M/s B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, have resigned as Statutory Auditors of the Company on August 14, 2020. The resignation will be effective from the conclusion of the board meeting wherein the results for the limited review for quarter ended 30 June 2020 would be approved. The Board of Directors in their meeting held on August 14, 2020, has accepted the resignation The Auditors have not expressed any concern or issue. The reason of resignation has been given in the attached resignation letter. A copy of the said resignation letter and Annexure-A, as per SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/114/2019 dated October 18, 2019 received from the Auditors, are attached herein.
